These buildings will service the Army National Guard, U.S. Army Reserve, and Hawaii Office of Veteran Services and is situated on a 15.5 acre site within the Keaukaha Military Reservation near Hilo Airport. Manana Convenience Store and Gas Station

The project site is situated at the intersection of Acacia Road and an access road within the compound of the Manana Housing Area Guard Station, that is, the entrance to the Site is within a perimeter controlled by a Guard House. The project is a design-build Convenience Store of approximately 4,000 sf with Gas Dispensers and lighted canopy roof.  ATFP Consultant for ATFP requirements. Documentation of minimum ATFP criteria and compliance basis of design, glazing and door specifications. Reviewed available structural drawings and documentation, assessed existing site conditions, provided written ATFP criteria section of inclusion in Design Analysis and Specification submittal.
