Bravo 2 Pier Waterfront Facility and Mechanical Shop Consolidation

 The project consists of the design and construction of a 218,000 sq. ft. waterfront facility in existing Buildings 67, 67A, and 67B for ship maintenance work, including consolidation of interior shop spaces, renovation and upgrade of interior office spaces, conversion of shop spaces to offices and training rooms, new and replacement elevators, conversion of naturally ventilated spaces to air conditioned space, prefabricated enclosures, emergency generator, and fire pumps with enclosures.
