Moana Hotel Historic Restoration

A total historic rehabilitation of the first hotel built in Waikiki (1901), which conformed to strict historic rehabilitation guidelines, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Work included the structural retrofit of a 6-story, 80-year-old wood-framed building for modern-day gravity and lateral load criteria.
